800 Rhode Island Avenue is a proposed 200,000 SF mixed-use development located directly adjacent to the Rhode Island Avenue Metro Station in Washington DC slated to begin construction in 2024. The partnership includes FLGA Real Estate Group and Grubb Properties. Greene Enterprises has served as Owner’s Rep for FLGA Real Estate Group since 2017, overseeing site acquisition via ground lease, initial site entitlements and partnership negotiations. The formerly owned by Greater Mount Calvary Holy Church, represents the first phase of the church’s master planned development of its land holdings within the corridor, designed to unlock long-term value for the church and support its operations for generations to come. The partnership will be a 10-story redevelopment of approximately 240 units.
